Who is HRC?
Hoboken for Responsible Cannabis (HRC) is a group of Hoboken residents concerned about the implementation of cannabis dispensaries in our community. We support the legalization of marijuana and its social equity mission, but want to ensure that local and state laws are followed and that dispensary locations improve the quality of life for Hoboken residents.
Initiatives
